Every family has its own story, and I’m here to capture yours. With my laid-back approach, I aim to create a comfortable environment where your children can be themselves. My goal is to capture the true essence of your family. As a mother of three who has been in front of the camera with her own family many times, I understand how stressful it can be getting everyone to behave and look and smile at the same time. But here’s the thing: while those “say cheese” moments are important and will happen, I believe that the most precious moments are the unscripted ones - the genuine laughter, the spontaneous hugs, and the playful interactions. Those are the photos that tell your family’s story and the ones you’ll want to treasure forever.
Family photos aren’t just about capturing the kids; they’re also a chance to document mom and dad! Let’s be real, our camera rolls are usually overflowing with adorable photos of our little ones but amidst all the chaos of parenthood, it’s easy to overlook the relationship between partners. That’s where I come in! While the kids are off taking a break, I’ll make sure to steal a few moments to capture mom and dad loving on each other too! Trust me, your children will cherish these memories just as much as you will!

The earlier the better! If you know you want photos done during a specific time of year, reach out as soon as you know. That way you can guarantee a spot in my schedule. Certain times of year (especially the Fall) fill up super quick!

You can choose anywhere you would like within the state of Connecticut! If you don’t have a specific location in mind I can also suggest some of my favorite spots to shoot at. Once you book your session we can discuss more of where you’re looking for and I can help you make a choice.

The exact time of day will vary depending on the time of year you’re having your photos done. But I always shoot for 60-90 minutes before sunset to get the dreamiest golden hour photos.

Once you book a session with me, I will send you a planning guide that will help you prepare for your session. In it I include outfit tips and suggestions. But I also offer oufit planning help to make sure you’re family’s outfits all coordinate.
